Jesse Aschenberg

Attorney Jesse Aschenberg offers a rich blend of courtroom expertise and personal experience as a divorced father of five. Well-versed in Colorado laws around divorce, family mediation and bankruptcy, Jesse also draws upon first-hand knowledge of the emotional and financial issues that surface in most divorce and family law issues.

Jesse received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and established his law practice in 2003. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Northern Colorado

To give back to the community, Jesse provides pro bono legal services to nonprofits such as Metro Volunteer Lawyers and the Justice and Mercy Legal Aid Center, and is active in the Colorado Bar Association’s efforts to support individuals battling addiction. Away from the office, Jesse, a Colorado native, enjoys exploring the state on a bike, hiking its majestic mountain ranges and occasionally performing with community music groups.
